The Perfect Parfait

Vegan Strawberry and Vanilla Bean Parfait

If you're bilingual, you're probably wincing at the double wording used in the title. For all of you (including me, sans google translate), parfait actually translates to perfect.  Which is fitting since they're the perfect snack to have at any time of the day, and ridiculously easy to put together. 

Grab a Vanilla Bean or Strawberry cashew yogurt and a cup of fresh fruit of your choice - we suggest anything in season - along with some savoury granola, and you're set. 

If you want to mark it on your calendar: November 25th is National Parfait Day.

What you'll need: 

  • Beetroot Vanilla Bean (or Strawberry) cashew yogurt
  • Fruit of your choice, may we suggest: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • gluten free granola (savoury is the best pairing)
  • 1 8oz or 16oz cup


Not rocket surgery over here, just throw them all together! If you want to get fancy, try this order:

  • line the bottom of the parfait cup/glass with your fruit of choice
  • cover in yogurt
  • if you have room, add in another layer of fruit
  • cover in yogurt
  • top with all granola
