The Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
Capture the joy and excitement you had as a kid enjoying your favourite Orange Creamsicle... except now you're an adult because this has your daily needs of vitamin C, and a plant source of B12.
Paired with the insane vitamin profile of Baobab powder, our Vanilla Bean yogurt contains digestive enzymes to help assimilate all those good-for-you vitamins so they don't go down the drain, literally.
This smoothie is one of those "there's no way this can be good for me because it tastes so good" moments. Enjoy it.
What you'll need:
- 8oz fresh squeezed orange juice (or store bought, it's not lazy, it's efficient)
- 4 heaping tablespoons Vanilla Bean Cultured Cashew Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon Baobab powder
- water for desired consistency (or more OJ!)
- place all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy; add water or more orange juice if you want it more viscosity!
